Section 226
Not to have unnatural intercourse
(1) No person shall commit or cause unnatural intercourse without the consent of any person. Explanation: For the purposes of this sub-section, consent given by a child shall not be deemed to be consent.
(2) A person who commits an offense under sub-section (1) will be imprisoned for up to three years and fined up to thirty thousand rupees.
(3) A person who commits an offense under subsection (1) against children shall be punished in accordance with section 219.
